Speedy Pizza offers a delivery service to the limited area of Cowplain,Waterlooville and the surrounding areas. If you are not in one of our areas we will not be able to deliver to you.
We aim to deliver all orders in the time that we quote. Unfortunately things don't always go to plan and factors such as weather and traffic conditions may prevent us from acheiving this. We will inform you if we become aware of any unexpected delay.
We will do our best to fulfill your order however should we not be able to provide any products that you have ordered then we will inform you and replace or refund accordingly.
The owner of the card used for payment must present this card on receiving the order. Card payments made online are secure. Our delivery drivers only carry upto £10 in change. All cash payments must be made in pounds sterling.
Customers can cancel an order by telephoning the relevant store. You have the right to cancel an order at any time if;
1) The order was requested for a specific time and you have decided to cancel. This cancellation should be made clear to the relevant store through telephoning at least half an hour before its delivery time.
2) In the case of same day orders and deliveries cancellation should be within a reasonable time ( usually just a matter of minutes) and before the order becomes a "Faulty Order".
Speedy Pizza will classify a "Faulty Order" as any order which is cancelled after the food has been used to start preparing the order (a "Faulty Order). This will be determined by the staff of the relevant store and whether they consider an order is a "Faulty Order" or not. Also reserving the right to cancel before or after acceptance and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.
You will not be charged for a cancelled order as long as they do not break the rules of the Cancellation Policy. Any payment made for an order being cancelled will usually be refunded using the same method originally used by you to pay for your order. Any order cancelled after the point in which the order becomes a "Faulty Order" will be charged to the customer and no refund will be due to the customer. The staff of the relevant store in its sole discretion will determine whether an order is a "Faulty Order" or not.
